A Day In The Life:
- Prepare tender cost estimates and tender documentation
- Conduct site measurement when required
- Take-off quantities
- Manage procurement process and cost control
- Assist to prepare variation order claims and progress claims
- Assist to finalise project accounts
What We Are Looking For:
- Diploma/Degree holder in Quantity Survey, Contracts Management or related field
- Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Prior experience in Interior Design/Renovation industries is advantageous
- Independent team player
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
