Executive, Operations (Retail Interiors/Fit-out)

A Day in the Life:

• Manage on-site projects to ensure timely completion

• Liaise with contractors on work scope, work progress and work schedules

• Prepare quotation and job schedule

• Prepare project-budget and billing

• Coordinate work between team and contractors to ensure the projects run smoothly

• Control quality of work and ensure rectification by contractor is of acceptable standard

• Monitor daily progress of work

• Verify all dimensions on-site against drawings

• Work closely with sales team, clients and contractors/suppliers on issues

Who We Are Looking For:

• Diploma in Architecture/Building/Quantity Surveying or related fields

• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in retail/corporate office interiors or renovation industries

• Self-motivated and results oriented

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work under tight schedules and pressure

• Applicants with more experience may be considered for a Managerial position
