A Day in the Life 

  • Coordinate, monitor and report on progress of on-going projects
  • Monitor/adjust schedules and work tasks
  • Ensure suppliers are adhere to deadlines
  • Conduct checks to ensure quality of materials, installations and equipment, fabrications and finishing are according to requirements
  • Manage clients’ expectation of project scope
  • Assist in tender preparation and submission
  • Assist in gathering quotation for best price
  • Collate documents according to tender instructions
  • Submit costing to clients
  • Conduct handover to clients
  • Prepare documentation/recording of approvals revision with clients and track them
  • Attend to feedback from clients and escalate it person in-charge when necessary
  • Check defects based on clients’ feedback
  • Follow-up with suppliers to rectify defects for completed projects
  • Gather quotations from suppliers for defects rectification and submit to clients

Who We Are Looking For 

  • Diploma/Degree in events/construction management or any other relevant field
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in operation
  • Experience in M&E will be an added advantage
  • Experience in Construction Sector will be an added advantage
  • Must have technical knowledge in conceptual design drawing and technical drawings
  • Knowledge in construction work sequencing will be an added advantage.
  • Well versed with Microsoft Words/Excel/Power Point/Project.

  • Able to multi-task and meet adhere to tight schedule
