A Day in the Life:

• Create and prepare technical drawings in 2D/3D and details.
• Provide a complete set of drawings and advise the designers on any design conflicts.
• Advise designers on the structural feasibility of designs.
• Coordinate with designers/projects on specific requirements for technical drawings.
• Conduct revisions for technical drawings.
• Conduct site measurements/take pictures on-site for technical drawing references.
• Be able to travel to project sites when necessary.

What are We Looking For:

• Proficiency in design software such as CAD, Revit, SketchUp, and knowledgeable in Photoshop and Rhino.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Able to do technical hand sketches.
• A good understanding/knowledge of the latest construction methodology.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Good time-management abilities.
