We’re looking for a Multimedia Producer to lead the delivery of all interactive and multimedia software for a children’s science centre in Almaty, Kazakhstan. While some travel may be required, most work can be done from Singapore. Onsite work is preferred, though flexible arrangements are possible.

A Day in the Life:

• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and resources across all multimedia deliverables

• Coordinate creative development, briefings, WIP reviews, testing, and system integration

• Drive quality assurance, creative optimization, and value engineering

• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, visual comms, spatial, tech, project) and external production partners

What We Are Looking For:

• Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin, to communicate with Chinese speaking clients

• Knowledge of basic Russian is an advantage

• Proven experience in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects

• Strong coordination, communication, and project documentation skills

• Familiar with integrating digital media, content, and hardware in offline experiential environments

• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies

Contract Period:

• Till End of June 2026

• Possibility to extend or convert to full-time based on performance and interest
