Quantity Surveyor

A Day in the Life:

• Prepare tender cost estimates and tender documentation
• Material sourcing /vendor procurement and contract documentation
• Cost control
• Prepare progress claim to submit to the client/consultant
• Conduct site evaluation, site measurement and certification of sub-contractors’ work progress claim
• Preparation and management of variation orders with client/consultant/sub-contractors
• Managing extension of time and related claims
• Preparation and closure of Final Accounts with client/consultants/sub-contractors
• Assist in SOP/sustainable protocols
• Assist in audit queries
• May be site-based

What We Are Looking For:

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, construction management and Project and Facilities Management or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of working experience.
• Prior exposure in events/exhibitions/museum/gallery/thematic works projects will be an added advantage
• Familiar with construction and site works
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint software
