Develop long-term strategies to increase market share in the business’s existing and new market segments
Implement business continuity strategies, policies and plans
Implement emerging market entry business strategies and collaborate with key account managers to identify new business opportunities
Conduct market research and competitor’s analysis to identify marketing opportunities and develop marketing tools that support the strategies in meeting the marketing and competitive conditions
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
Generate insights on business opportunities’ viability and grow business with existing clients
Analyse market trends and competitor activity and come up with relevant sales strategies
Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to acquire new business
Preparing and delivering professional sales presentations for pitches to prospective clients
Collaborate with project delivery team to ensure that all clients’ needs are met
Generate insights on business opportunities’ viability and grow business with existing clients
Participate in relevant industry events for networking and lead generation
Work with the team to develop new marketing strategies according to the industry market’s needs to acquire new clients
Follow up closely with own team and internal functional teams to oversee business processes
Understand customers’ needs and recommend value propositions to retain existing customers and attract new customers
What We Are Looking For:
Diploma / Degree in any related field (Preferably business-related studies)
5 years of working experience with proven track record of successfully winning new clients and contracts
Experience in construction/interior fit-out industry is an advantage
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically
Commercial acumen and some understanding of the construction industry
Driven and takes self-initiative with a result-oriented mindset and the ability to lead and manage team members
Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level stakeholders
Good command of spoken and written English
Knowledge in Microsoft office – PowerPoint, Excel, Word
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
