A Day in the Life:
- Develop, implement, and maintain BIM standards, workflows, and execution plans.
- Manage and coordinate BIM models across all disciplines up to LOD 500.
- Conduct model audits, clash detection, and quality assurance checks.
- Lead BIM training sessions and provide technical support to project teams.
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure BIM deliverables meet requirements.
- Provide on-site coordination and implementation support where necessary.
What We Are Looking For:
- Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of BIM management experience in architectural or interior projects.
- Strong detailing and documentation skills, with proficiency up to LOD 500.
- Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other relevant BIM tools.
- Experience in theme park or museum projects will be an advantage.
- Familiar with Singapore BIM standards.
