A Day in the Life:
- Collaborate closely with the Corporate Communications Manager to implement internal communication strategies that align with company objectives and values
- Assist in preparing and publishing internal communications, including newsletters, thought leadership features, and employee updates
- Support engagement initiatives and internal campaigns to strengthen company culture
- Manage internal social media content with a focus on employee and human-interest stories
- Create, edit, and optimise video content for internal channels
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and timely delivery of internal messaging
What We Are Looking For:
- Degree in Mass Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or equivalent
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in internal communications or related roles
- Strong writing and editing skills for internal audiences
- Proficiency in video creation and editing tools (basic to intermediate level)
- Familiarity with communication platforms, including email systems, intranet, and content management systems
- Ability to manage multiple internal projects and deadlines efficiently
- Strong interpersonal, organisational, and time management skills
