You shape how the world sees us. You’ll create content, support campaigns and events, and work with teams across 18 regional offices to keep our messaging aligned and impactful.

You will work closely with our Corporate Communications Manager to bring our external narrative to life across platforms, formats, and audiences.

A Day in the Life:

• Partner with the Corporate Communications Manager to execute external communication strategies aligned with our business goals and brand values
• Craft engaging content for social media, newsletters, website, and other external touchpoints
• Support external campaigns and corporate events that strengthen brand presence and visibility
• Collaborate across teams to ensure clarity, consistency, and quality in all external communications
• Create, edit, and optimise video content for external platforms
• Manage and grow our digital presence, including website updates and social media engagement

What We Are Looking For:

• A background in Mass Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
• Experience in external communications, content creation, or digital storytelling
• Strong writing and editing skills, with a clear understanding of external audiences and brand voice
• Hands-on experience creating and editing video content (basic to intermediate level)
• Familiarity with digital communication platforms, including social media, CMS, and media monitoring tools
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple regional offices
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines with confidence
