Executive, Internal Communications

You’ll help our people understand, connect with, and be inspired by what we do. In this role, you’ll create content, conduct interviews, and produce internal features that highlight achievements, initiatives, and company culture. Working closely with the Corporate Communications Manager and teams across 18 regional offices, you’ll ensure messages are consistent, engaging, and meaningful for employees at every level.

A Day in the Life:

  • Develop and deliver internal communications content across newsletters, intranet, digital displays, emails, and other channels
  • Conduct interviews with colleagues and leaders to create compelling internal features and stories
  • Support company-wide initiatives, leadership announcements, and campaigns that strengthen engagement and alignment
  • Collaborate with regional teams to ensure messaging resonates across offices and cultures
  • Create, edit, and optimise video and visual content for internal channels
  • Monitor engagement metrics and provide insights to continuously improve internal communications

What We Are Looking For:

  • Background in Mass Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
  • Experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or corporate storytelling
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling stories for internal audiences
  • Experience conducting interviews and producing internal features
  • Hands-on experience creating and editing video or visual content (basic to intermediate level)
  • Familiarity with internal communication platforms and digital tools
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to collaborate effectively across multiple regional offices
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines
