A Day in Our Life:
Lead Generation
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across targeted B2B sectors, particularly within the M.I.C.E., exhibitions, and experiential marketing industry
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities including field marketing, email marketing, telemarketing, cold calling, and market research
- Research and analyze industries, companies, and accounts to uncover qualified prospects
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with prospective clients
- Prepare, present, and support corporate credentials, proposals, and pitch presentations
- Represent the company at local and international exhibitions, conferences, and industry events
- Build, nurture, and onboard new client accounts to support long-term growth
CRM, ABM & Marketing Operation
- Manage and maintain CRM databases, ensuring data accuracy, lead hygiene, and proper segmentation
- Support Lead to MQL/SQL tracking, qualification, and handover processes
- Execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives for priority accounts in collaboration with internal teams
- Track and report on KPIs, lead performance, conversion rates, pipeline progression, and campaign effectiveness
- Gather and analyze client and prospect feedback to improve messaging, engagement, and conversion outcomes
Marketing & Collaboration
- Track industry trends, competitor activity, and market news to identify emerging opportunities
- Support the formulation and execution of B2B marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, strategy, and business units to secure new projects
- Cross-sell capabilities across business units to key target accounts
- Apply working knowledge of digital marketing tools and channels to support campaigns and outreach efforts
Who are We Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in B2B Marketing, Business Development, or Demand Generation
(Experience in M.I.C.E., exhibitions, events, or experiential marketing is a strong advantage)
- Hands-on experience with:
- CRM systems
- Lead Management and Qualification (MQL / SQL)
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- Strong presentation, public speaking, and proposal skills
- Confident, energetic, and comfortable in client-facing and networking environments
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent listening, communication, and persuasion skills
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication, with the ability to effectively communicate in multiple languages, including English
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and hands-on experience using common marketing tools such as CRM platforms, email marketing systems, lead management tools, and analytics dashboards.
- Willingness to travel overseas as required
