A Day in the Life:
- Generate efficient and intuitive event ideas or strategies
- Oversee roadshows, exhibitions and promotional events
- Prepare marketing presentations
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure collaboration in activities
- Monitor progress of events and prepare post mortems to submit reports of performance
- Collaborate with colleagues in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
What We Are Looking For:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing and related discipline
- Proven experience as marketing or project executive or similar role [experience in this field is preferred]
- Good understanding of events marketing and ability to evaluate trends in this field
- Thorough knowledge of strategic planning and marketing best practices
- Proficient in MS Office
- Familiarity with social media and web analytics
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Creativity and commercial awareness
