A Day in the Life:

• Establish contact and develop relationships with prospects (preferably with contacts of Architectural & Interior Design firms)
• Proactively identify new potential clients and initiate follow up, with the objective to close sales within the assigned segments of operations.
• Identify new avenues and prospects to demand for our company products/services
• Perform market analysis, competitor analysis and market trends
• Prepare presentations and sales quotation/proposal based on client’s requirements.
• Communicate with factory on site progress and delivery.
• Follow-up on tender, work on tender submission and attend tender interviews etc.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company.

What We Are Looking For:

• Diploma/Degree in Building or any related field
• At least 5 years sales experiences in building & construction sector, preferably in Furniture and Fittings
• Self-driven, focused and goal oriented
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills and impeccable communication skills
• Strong organization and planning skills
• Possess a valid Singapore class 3 driving license.
