A day in the Life:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring exceptional service delivery
- Develop and nurture long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with clients through regular communication and proactive account management
- Establish contact and develop relationships with prospects (preferably with contacts of Architectural & Interior Design firms)
- Proactively identify new potential clients and initiate follow up, with the objective to close sales within the assigned segments of operations
- Identify new avenues and prospects to demand for our company products/services
- Develop and nurture long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with clients through regular communication and proactive account management
- Understand client needs, goals and challenges, and work collaboratively to identify solutions that address their requirements
- Monitor account performance, provide regular reports and make recommendations to enhance profitability and client satisfaction
- Collaborate with the business development team to develop and implement effective account strategies
- Perform market analysis, competitor analysis and market trends
- Prepare presentations and sales quotation/proposal based on client’s requirements
- Communicate with factory on site progress and delivery
- Follow up on tender, work on tender submission and attend tender interviews etc.
What We Are Looking For:
- Diploma / Degree in any related field (Preferably Building environments/construction)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, preferably in building & construction sector
- Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships, as well as growing account value
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients at all levels
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to understand client needs and craft tailored solutions
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and drive projects to successful completion
- Ability to be an adept planner with strong organization skills
- Possess strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Possess a valid Singapore class 3 driving license
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
