Collaborate closely with the Corporate Communications Manager to implement internal communication strategies that align with company objectives and values
Assist in preparing and publishing internal communications, including newsletters, thought leadership features, and employee updates
Support engagement initiatives and internal campaigns to strengthen company culture
Manage internal social media content with a focus on employee and human-interest stories
Create, edit, and optimise video content for internal channels
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and timely delivery of internal messaging
What We Are Looking For:
Degree in Mass Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or equivalent
3+ years of relevant work experience in internal communications or related roles
Strong writing and editing skills for internal audiences
Proficiency in video creation and editing tools (basic to intermediate level)
Familiarity with communication platforms, including email systems, intranet, and content management systems
Ability to manage multiple internal projects and deadlines efficiently
Strong interpersonal, organisational, and time management skills
