A Day In The Life:
- To assist project team on administrative duties and support
- Render operational assistance on-site when required
- Raising of purchase orders and chasing for invoices
- Assist with collation of documents for tender submissions
- Coordinate meetings and prepare minutes
- Handling incoming & outgoing courier services
- Collate project reports/payment requisitions and claims from teams
- Coordination of events, activities or visits, including on-site operations
- Manage travel and visa arrangements for each team member
- Update client and vendor database
- Basic knowledge in Oracle
- Other ad hoc duties as and when required
What We Are Looking For:
- Diploma in Business Studies / Business Administration / Events & Exhibitions fields or other relevant field
- 2-3 years of relevant working experience
- Possess the mobility to work in a standard office setting and to use standard office equipment, including a computer, and to attend meetings
- Vision to read printed materials and a computer screen; and hearing and speech to communicate in person and over the telephone.
- Good coordination and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently with high energy level
- Proficient with MS office application
