A Day in Our Life:
- Provide administrative and on-site operational support to the project team
- Manage procurement, including purchase orders and invoice tracking
- Assist with tender submissions and document collation
- Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and handle courier services
- Compile project reports, payment requisitions, and claims
- Support event, activity, and site visit coordination
- Arrange travel and visa applications for team members
- Maintain client and vendor databases and use basic Oracle functions
- Assist with digital event coordination and sustainability initiatives
- Perform other ad hoc duties as required
Who are We Looking For:
- Diploma in Business, Events & Exhibitions, or a related field
- At least 2 years of coordination experience
- Strong coordination and interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, independent, and energetic
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Basic knowledge of Oracle
- Collaborative team player
