You will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing client relationships while ensuring that the highest standards of service are consistently delivered in retail and corporate fit-out projects. You will engage directly with clients to discern their needs and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that client expectations are not only met but exceeded, fostering long-term partnerships built on trust and excellence.

A Day in the Life:

  • Develop strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and clients objectives
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients
  • Identify new business opportunities and initiate follow-up to close sales
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and coordinate cross-selling of additional services
  • Prepare presentations and sales quotation/proposal based on client’s requirements.
  • Lead client meetings by ensuring clear communication of project scope and deliverables.
  • Communicate with factory on site progress and delivery.
  • Coordinate tender submission, attend tender interviews, and follow-up on tender outcomes
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Collaborate with project teams to deliver timely and high-quality architectural services that meet client expectations
  • Prepare regular progress reports for clients and internal stakeholders
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Building or a related field
  • At least 5 years of sales experience in Interior Design sector, with a focus on retail fit-out projects
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organisation and planning skills
