A Day in the Life

  • Assist the Group Managing Director with any coordination and administrative matters
  • Manage daily calendar for Group Managing Director
  • Arrange and manage internal/ external meetings, appointments as well as video conferences. (Preferably well-versed in Zoom)
  • Attend meetings and take minutes for distribution.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls
  • Coordinate and liaise with corporate office on any regional administrative matters and conferences
  • Travel management for Group Managing Director
  • Collation, preparation of expense claims submission & follow up on reimbursement
  • Preparation of reports and presentations as required
  • Ensures proper processing of documents for smooth workflow
  • Assisting the executive assistant in the monitoring and managing of office maintenance.

What we are looking for

  • Diploma or relevant certfications in Business Administration or related fields.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in secretarial practice providing support to management level.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an MNC environment.
  • Pleasant personality, positive attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong verbal and communications skills
  • Demonstrates a high degree of confidentiality in interpersonal interaction
  • Excellent time management and organization skills

Salary will commensurate with working experience and qualification.
