A Day in the Life:

  • Act as the main liaison for event organizers, from planning to on-site execution
  • Coordinate schedules, logistics, and manpower for event setup and breakdown
  • Attend client meetings, tender briefings, and support proposal submissions
  • Prepare BOQs and purchase requisitions based on project requirements
  • Source and negotiate with suppliers for cost efficiency and quality assurance
  • Monitor project costs and update the Client Service team for coordination
  • Conduct site surveys and technical checks to identify and address execution risks
  • Ensure timely, safe, and high-quality event build-up and dismantling
  • Provide on-site support and client servicing throughout event operations
  • Track project progress and report issues, updates, and feedback
  • Oversee post-event closure, including dismantling, costing, and reconciliations
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure aligned execution
  • Guide junior team members in workflow and delivery standards
  • Contribute to pre-project planning by highlighting risks and improving execution processes
  • Support ad hoc special booth projects as needed

What We Are Looking For:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-centric mindset
  • Excellent coordination and time management across multiple projects
  • Good understanding of exhibitions and event operations, especially for organizer-facing roles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure
  • Collaborative team player with ability to manage internal and external stakeholders
  • Diploma/Degree in Events Management, Project Management or a related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years’ relevant experience in exhibitions, events, or project operations
  • Prior experience managing organizer-side exhibitions or working with Professional Conference Organizer (PCO) is a strong advantage
  • Proficiency in English is required. Mandarin is an advantage, as the role involves liaising with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
  • Able to work on weekends and extended hours during event periods
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Applicant must be legally eligible to work in Singapore without employer sponsorship.
