Responsible for the execution of the company’s business mission through acquiring deep understanding of the business and leverage on information technology to create value. This will include the organization of technology infrastructure, including architecture, capacity planning, administration, operational management, troubleshooting and project management to ensure the efficient, stable, reliable and secure operations of the organization technology and its services.

A Day in the Life

  • Oversee the deployment, maintenance and support of all IT infrastructure assets and operations
  • Ensure optimum performance of systems and network
  • Manage hardware and application software upgrades to meet business needs
  • Develop and maintain efficient documentation for IT standards, policies and procedures
  • Responsible for end-user computing support and update of system equipment
  • Work closely with various business functions stakeholders to drive technology adoption
  • Regular review of existing IT needs of the company and its businesses, and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency

What We are Looking For

  • Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT helpdesk, day-to-day operations support and infrastructure management
  • Strong technical foundation in Windows, iOS, Android, LAN networking, desktop management, desktop security tools and other relevant end-user computing technologies
  • Good interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members cross-functionally
  • Informed knowledge of current technology landscape and developments
