A Day in the Life:

  • Provide level 1 helpdesk support to all PC & MAC users
  • Ensure smooth on-boarding and off-boarding of end-users
  • Facilitate repair process for IT Hardware
  • Perform PC build and software installations
  • Migration of user’s data, software, or computer
  • To escalate specific requests or issues to next level for immediate attention and resolutions
  • Support Project implementations, as when required
  • Maintain proper IT documentation  

What We Are Looking For:

  • Diploma in Information Technology/Computer Science
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Previous working experience in helpdesk environment is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of Office & Windows applications, and hardware troubleshooting
  • Able to work beyond normal working hours (upgrade/maintenance, urgent technical issue) and support on weekend when urgent duty arise
  • Good working attitude and team player
